By joining the Fiddlershop Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:
1. General GuidelinesAffiliates must provide accurate information during registration and maintain an active and relevant promotional platform (e.g., website, YouTube channel, social media).
Fiddlershop reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
Commissions are earned only on qualified purchases made through your unique affiliate link.
Affiliates may promote Fiddlershop products through original content such as blog posts, videos, reviews, and social media.
All promotional content must accurately represent Fiddlershop products and adhere to relevant advertising and disclosure laws (including FTC guidelines).
Affiliates may not present themselves as official representatives of Fiddlershop.
Keyword Bidding: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on Fiddlershop-branded keywords (including, but not limited to, “Fiddlershop,” “Fiddlerman,” or misspellings/variations thereof) in any paid search engine advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
You may not use direct linking to the Fiddlershop website from any paid ads.
Any form of cookie stuffing, spam, or misleading referral practices will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.
Fiddlershop reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion for non-compliance with these terms.
Violations, particularly around keyword bidding or misrepresentation, may result in retroactive cancellation of commissions.
Fiddlershop may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
